Roundabout Travel · Zagreb, Croatia
A long day from Zagreb into Slovenia: a walk through Ljubljana's old town, then Predjama Castle and Postojna Cave, in a group of up to 15. Pick it if you're based in Croatia and want all three without changing hotels.

Roundabout Travel picks you up at a central Zagreb hotel or meets you at 8:30 AM by the meteorological pole on Zrinjevac, three minutes' walk from Ban Jelačić Square. You cross into Slovenia past Mokrice Castle, Krško and Novo Mesto, then spend about an hour and a half in Ljubljana: the Dragon Bridge, the Triple Bridge, Prešeren Square and the cathedral. After lunch (own expense) come Predjama Castle and Postojna Cave.
The fare covers the car or van, an official English-speaking guide, road tolls, parking and VAT. The entrance tickets are not in it: the listing puts the cave and castle at EUR 41.90 per person, and the cathedral costs EUR 2. The park itself showed EUR 49.90 for an adult combo on the park's own ticket page, so ask your guide which price applies.
It's a long day, 11 to 12 hours, and Postojna is about two hours from Zagreb by the park's own reckoning. Guests love the guides but call it rushed, with more time on the road than at the sights. Bring your passport: you cross a border twice.
Hotel pickup or the meteorological pole on Zrinjevac. The guide can be up to 20 minutes late with several pickups.
Dragon Bridge, the Cathedral of St. Nicholas, the Triple Bridge and Prešeren Square, then lunch at your own cost.
Buy your ticket and climb through the castle in the cliff.
The cave train, the walk with the park's guide, the olms at the end.
Drop-off at your hotel or the meeting point.
